The room was a great place for the recovery of a long road trip, it was comfortable and I was able to enjoy some silence. The people at the hotel were nice and attencious to any questions, problems or necessities. The localization was perfect, I was able to walk aroung and enjoy the hotel itself.

Swanky hipster chic hotel. Very clean room. Love the shower and spacious bathroom. Beds were super comfortable like on a big fluffy pillow.

Staff was very helpful and always worked quickly to help us or others with any issues. Location was right in downtown. The bar for the hotel was great. Room was very comfortable with flat screen TV too.

Very friendly staff. Nice, clean room. Very interesting building and layout of big room / restaurant on the main floor. Modest, but functional breakfast. Good value for money.

Location was great and having a restaurant/bar was convenient as I arrived at dinner time. Walking distance to ferry was important to me.

The room, the location and the hotel, overall, were very nice. It's all in the heart of New Bedford, and it's easy to find it. I was there on a Sunday night, so parking wasn't an issue. The staff was helpful checking in and the room was clean, comfortable and fairly quiet. The restaurant was good, although pretty quiet, but a great meal!

Convenient location and we love the history of the building and the original hardwood floors. Restaurant and bar down stairs (wish it were open a little later)

Very clean and service was exceptional. The breakfast was free and excellent and coffee or tea was always abatible along with water. The seating area was also beautiful and made me feel at home.
